Are the campers insured?

Yes, all our campers have mandatory insurance. 
A full kasko insurance is possible at an extra cost from €7-€10 per day.

What are the payment methods?

Can I change the camper after the  reservation?

What happens if I have an accident?

If you have an accident, call the local police, take photos of the vehicles involved and their position on the road, and fill out the accident report that you will find in the glove compartment. How can I reserve one of your campervans?

In our website you will find all the info about the campers and the equipment. 
For bookings we will need you to send us a requirement by email, through the contact form or through Whatsapp number and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Is there a minimum rental period?

Our minimum rental period is 6 days April-October and 4 days during the low season.

Question 7

Do I have to pay a deposit to guarantee the reservation?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we require a down payment to reserve your campervan of 150€. 
You can pay the remaining balance in cash upon arrival.
In case of cancellations earlier than a month from the reservation start, the fee is 100% refundable. 
For last minute cancellations this deposit is non-refundable – we have only a few campers and by blocking the camper for you we lose the opportunity to make the camper available to other clients and therefore face considerable loss of earnings in the event of your cancellation.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

We require a cash damage deposit of €400 with the basic insurance coverage and 100€ if you have full insurance. 
Unfortunately in Albania it is very hard to block a damage deposit on card, so cash it is. 
We return this in full assuming you return the car as it was handed over.

Do the campers come with unlimited mileage?

Yes, our campers include unlimited mileage, so you can explore freely without worrying about distance limits.

Are there any age requirements for renting a camper or traveling as a family?

Accepted Answer

Yes, drivers must meet the minimum age requirement and hold a valid driver’s license. There is no specific age restriction for children traveling as passengers, making our campers suitable for family trips.
