1. Introductory Provisions

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: “Terms”) govern the rental relationship between the camper rental company (hereinafter: “Lessor”) and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter: “Renter” or “Lessee”) who rents a camper vehicle for temporary use.

1.2. By signing the rental agreement or completing a reservation, the Renter confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

1.3. The Renter and any authorized driver are jointly and severally liable for fulfilling the obligations set out in these Terms.

​

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Lessor agrees to provide a camper vehicle in proper working condition for temporary use, while the Renter agrees to pay the rental fee and comply with the obligations outlined in these Terms.

​

2.2. The specific vehicle, rental duration, price, insurance package, and authorized drivers will be defined in the individual Rental Agreement.

3. Insurance

3.1. Basic Insurance

• Included in all rentals.

• Covers third-party damages only.

• Allows one authorized driver.

• Requires a €400 damage deposit.

3.2. Full Insurance

• Available for an additional daily fee.

• Covers damages to the rented camper (including minor incidents, broken windows, lights, etc.).

• Allows two authorized drivers.

• Requires a €100 damage deposit.

3.3. Insurance Limitations

Insurance does not cover damages caused by:

• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• Off-road driving.

• Unauthorized drivers.

• Loss of keys or draining the battery.

• Internal damage to the camper or personal misuse.

5. Pickup and Drop-off

5.1. Standard pickup and drop-off hours are:

• Pickup: 14:00 – 20:00

• Drop-off: 08:00 – 10:00

• ​

5.2. Early check-in or late check-out is available for an additional fee and subject to availability.

​

5.3. Airport delivery and pickup services are offered at an additional cost.

​

6. Vehicle Use

6.1. The vehicle may be used only within the territory of Albania.

​

6.2. Off-road driving, racing, and towing are strictly prohibited.

​

6.3. Smoking and unauthorized pets in the vehicle are not allowed.

​

6.4. The camper must be used with care and returned with all original equipment, documents, and keys.

​

6.5. The Renter is responsible for refueling the vehicle and must return it with a full tank. A refueling fee applies otherwise.

7. Payment Terms

7.1. The total rental price is to be paid upon vehicle handover unless otherwise agreed.

​

7.2. Accepted payment methods may include cash, bank transfer, or PayPal. An additional processing fee may apply for certain payment types.

​

8. Cancellation Policy

8.1. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the rental start date will receive a 100% refund of the reservation fee.

​

8.2. Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the rental start date will receive a 50% refund of the reservation fee.

​

8.3. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the rental start date, as well as early returns, are non-refundable.-

9. Fuel Policy

9.1. The vehicle is provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank.

​

9.2. A fuel and administration fee will be charged if the vehicle is not returned with a full tank.

​

10. Mileage

10.1. Rentals include unlimited kilometers unless otherwise specified.

​

11. Damage, Accidents & Loss

11.1. The Renter must report any accident or damage immediately to both the police and the Lessor.

​

11.2. A police report is required in the event of any accident, theft, or third-party incident.

​

11.3. The Renter is fully liable for damages not covered by the selected insurance plan.

​

12. Interior and Equipment

12.1. The vehicle must be returned clean and with all original equipment.

​

12.2. Excessive dirt, internal damage, or missing items may result in additional fees.

​

13. Liability & Penalties

13.1. The Renter is fully liable for:

• Unauthorized use or driving outside Albania.

• Damage due to negligence or improper use.

• Any loss or damage to camper interior or equipment.

• Loss of rental income due to vehicle downtime.

13.2. The Lessor reserves the right to deduct repair costs, lost income, or administrative fees from the deposit.

​

14. Return Conditions

14.1. The vehicle must be returned on the agreed date, time, and location.

​

14.2. Late returns without prior notice may be charged as additional rental days.

​

15. Termination of Agreement

15.1. The Lessor reserves the right to terminate the agreement and reclaim the vehicle without notice in the event of:

• Violation of these Terms

• Unsafe or illegal use

• Delayed return beyond 24 hours

16. Governing Law

16.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania.

​

16.2. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Albania.

​

17. Final Provisions

17.1. These Terms are subject to change at any time. The latest version is always available on the Lessor’s official website or upon request.

​

17.2. The Renter is responsible for reviewing the Terms prior to booking and vehicle pickup.
